- VINIFICATION:
Harvested grapes, slightly overripe, are de-stemmed and vinified with approximately 15 days of maceration to extract color and tannin structure. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation occurs in barrels at a controlled temperature of 25/27 ° C.
